Maret is ultimately a college preparatory school. Its goal is to develop skills that enable students to handle confidently a rigorous set of graduation requirements. This process starts in the Lower School , where we stress analytical and critical thinking and writing skills.
We value both traditional academic rigor and innovative methods of teaching, such as cross-disciplinary approaches, independent study, and the incorporation of technology into many facets of our curriculum.
