Intensive Study Week 2008
Students enjoy a week of exploration outside of regular classes during Intensive Study Week (ISW) in February. Groups of students and faculty embark on a variety of fascinating projects and trips that challenge the mind and certainly rejuvenate the spirit. Past ISW adventures have included trips outside the D.C. area as well as journeys closer to home. Many students have chosen to stay on campus to focus on an exciting array of subjects, including lower schoolers who spend the week studying the cultures, languages, and traditions of a particular continent.
