Support Maret

Maret, like all independent schools, depends upon the generosity of our community to advance the vision of the School. Maret’s tradition of support is vibrant and fundamental to our ongoing success. There are many ways that parents, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni, and friends can take an active role in fostering the School’s Mission and ensuring the best possible educational environment for students and faculty at Maret.

We invite members of our community to join us on campus for events and activities throughout the year. We also encourage you to consider volunteering in whatever capacity fits your talents and availability; there are a host of opportunities sponsored by the Maret Parents Association, the Alumni Association, and the School.

Maret’s fundraising initiatives consist of the ongoing but separate programs listed on the right.

Annual FundLearn More Give Online: The Annual Fund – provides the essential unrestricted dollars for the operating budget that enhance the educational program at Maret.
Campaign for MaretLearn More: The Campaign for Maret – our Major Gifts Program seeks major gifts ($50,000 and above) to satisfy endowment, plant, and significant program needs.
Planned GivingLearn More: The Planned Giving Program – provides general and endowment support to Maret through individual’s bequests, IRAs, and other estate planning vehicles
Scholarship AuctionLearn More Give Online: The Scholarship Auction – directly supports financial aid and is the main fundraising event sponsored by the Maret Parents Association. The MPA also sponsors smaller fundraising and community activities such as the Fête Champêtre and the Gift Wrap Sale.
Horizons at MaretLearn More Give Online: Horizons at Maret – a partnership between H.D. Cooke Elementary School and Maret School offering six weeks of academic enrichment for children from low-income families.
