6th Grade Constitution Day

Murugi Njoroge

In Sixth Grade U.S. History, students began the year by reading This Is Our Constitution by Khizr Khan leading up to Constitution Day. Each class begins to draft a class constitution based on the statements “I have a right to ___, and I am responsible for giving others this right by ___.” Students drafted and ratified the classes constitutions, with each student signing their name while their classmates cheered them on.
